Shipping Policy

Order processing times and shipping times

All orders are processed within 2 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. Please we ask that you understand that the order processing time and the shipping time are different.  Due to the recent impact of the COVID-19 pandemic, and the disruption of supply chains, we anticipate longer shipping times. We ask that you be patient with us, as this entirely out of our control.

Track My Order

In order to check current updates on your order delivery, make check your email for the tracking number assigned to your order. We send two emails for confirmation and shipping notifications. Also do not forget to check your spam or promotion folder as emails do often get lost in there sometimes. Shipping Rates and Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. 

We would also like you to know we always offer FREE SHIPPING for items that are over 100$

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 - 72 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

If you haven’t received your order within 5 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you. Again, if this is happens to you, we sincerely apologize for delayed shipping times.

Additional Shipping Information/ Summary

  • 1) Express Shipping is not available for P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO addresses.
  • 2) After the order has been paid, the warehouse needs 2-3 days to process your order. You will receive a notification once your order has been shipped.
  • 3) We will make every effort to deliver your package ASAP. However, additional time may be required due to invalid addresses and custom clearance issues.
  • 4) If there is any shipping issue with your package, please contact Customer Support within 20 days after your order was placed.
